The Board

Fictional: This article is referring to lore, this is not at all real or factual information. This Article is not or not as nearly influenced by global events.

The Board of Post-Secondary Education, also known as the Collegeria Board of Post Secondary Education, is the corporate entity behind the all the colleges and universities within the College Architect game. This entity is entirely fictional and exclusive to just that game, in a sense to provide accountability and corporate oversight over a college.

Leadership

The Board is made up of a non-partisan delegation that consists of dozens of members, of which appoint by tradition, a Chairperson who presides over the Board’s operations. The board is also known as the Board of Trustees of the entire corporation, and also consists of a President who is appointed by the Board, but usually is based on a hereditary system, at least until 2025.

The current president of the Board differs depending on how far you are in the game, during the Story Mode Chapters, you will see the late James Coltenbrooks II who has served as the President from 1973 to 2013. Following the conclusion of Story Mode, you will see his son Nickolas Coltenbrooks, who supervised all the case files, as the President of the board. Nickolas Coltenbrooks eventually retired in 2025, leaving the position briefly to Winston Wessington, before he retired intra-term a year later, leaving the position finally to Ethel Meyer.

After 3 terms, you will see Nickolas Coltenbrooks retire, during the summer term.

After 4 terms, you will see Wessington retire intra-term, during the fall term.
