Chapter 8 (Matriculation)
Matriculation is the eighth and final chapter of Story Mode and the 20,260,527th case file sent to The Board under the 1973 Field Agents Act. The Board responds to the case in June 2008. The incident also takes place at the University of Mecklenburg.
Conclusion
Following the completion of this chapter, James Coltenbrooks announces his departure as President of The Board, effective on 1 July 2013.
“It is of no system of which I have enacted in my tenure as your president. I presented neutrality and accountability for each individual case file, and now we stand here today, that same act has provided millions of students with opportunities, reconciliation, and discipline.”
“When it comes to today [29 June 2013], there has been 220 million individual cases, of which 202 million were properly attended to by the department, and even as one person, there has only been about 5 million cases per year, of which one agent represents an average of 12 thousand, with over 4 hundred field agents, we have collectively been able to respond to one case file almost immediately.”
– James Coltenbrooks (29 June 2013)
