Cunningham is the second chapter of Story Mode and the 2,315,056th case file sent to The Board under the 1973 Field Agents Act. The Board responds to the case in March 1993, when the incident took place. The incident takes place at the University of Belford.

Prosecution

Dr. Marcus Lewis Cole, President of the University of Belford, submitted the case to the Board on 17 June 1987, the board assigned Nickolas Coltenbrooks as the supervising agent in 1992.

Defense

Thomas E. Cunningham, a student of the University, was seriously injured in a fire that the university had in its dining hall, and representing Cunningham, was his father, who was a serious investor of the University.
