1901 Disputes Act

Be within the enacted by the bylaws and constitution of the Board of Post Secondary Education, that the Department of Disputes and Agent Intelligence be established. The legislature presented the following articles on the seventeenth of November of the year nineteen hundred and one.
Section I
The Department of Disputes and Agent Intelligence shall be established as promised by the legislature and corporate board.
Section II
A director, Chief of Disputes & Field Operations, shall be established as the leadership position within the department.
Section III
The legislature shall have the power to provide rights and responsibilities to the department.
